Speaking Services
I am passionate about educating others on how to navigate the truly tough stuff of life and relationships with greater awareness, connection, and resilience. I am a relational neuroscience nerd and love to speak and educate on topics related to stress, trauma, chronic illness, neurodivergence, and relational health.
Before becoming a therapist, I was an educator for over ten years and am skilled in breaking down complex concepts and making them understandable, practical, and relatable to everyone’s unique needs and neurology. I design my presentations to be engaging, fun, and empowering and audiences report feeling encouraged, inspired, and motivated.
I have had the honor of doing everything from being a lead speaker, workshop leader, CEU trainer, panelist, podcast host to podcast guest. I would love to hear more about your organization or event and how I can serve your unique needs.

“Adrienne’s presentation was thorough and dynamic! She described a complex topic in an approachable way and offered additional resources for further learning. I would highly recommend attending her workshops, or hosting her at your organization.” – Katherine Miller, LCSW, Austin In Connection Board Member
I highly recommend Adrienne as a speaker. She was easy to work with and a great communicator throughout the process. Her presentation was well organized and clearly met the stated objectives for the group. When answering questions, she did a great job offering concrete examples and modeled neurodivergent affirmative language so that the teaching was both explicit and implicit. Adrienne provided personal perspectives as well as professional references to substantiate the information she presented. Her presentation was well attended, cultivated high engagement with the material, and was positively reviewed. She continues to be a valuable resource to attendees. We would not hesitate to work with her again. – Joy Downing, LMFT, Program Director (2021-2022), Austin AMFT
